Stella and Bau Peabody are a charming young couple. They live happily married in their lovely suburb on the East coast. Everything looks perfect except that...Stella is a mermaid. 

A loving but distracts husband, An obsessive and powerful daddy, a freaky neighbor, an angry/crazy Sea Witch, and of course, a beautiful and naive mermaid seeking her way on earth
